    I have an 01 prerunner 4 cylinder 2wd, I’m trying to replace the wheel bearings in the front end but in order to get to the bearing to press it out there’s a gold bearing nut with 4 holes on it, does anyone know what size it is or a part number or something on it? I bought another 4 prong socket and it was for gm and it was to small, bought another 8 prong socket for Toyota and was going to take 4 of the studs out but the socket itself was slightly to big, I see all kinds of kits with 6-7 sockets in them but not sure if it would be the right size

    I took apart my hub assembly yesterday as I am replacing my bearings also. I just used a punch with hammer and tapped it out. Took a couple hits came out beautiful. I plan on reusing the nut.

    Tried that and put Allen wrenches in and tried to turn with and extension and it didn’t budge, the socket gets here tomorrow

    Yeah I tried some stuff like that, stabbed some Allen wrenches in the holes and took a wrench to leverage between. No luck. Just beat em out with a punch.
