    So it’s been a year now.
    It hasn’t been easy I still miss dad and so does mom but she’s a stubborn woman and is doing ok.
    I can’t thank you all enough!
    It was a tough time and I guess I was looking for help and you were there!
    I’d lost dad and my best friend it was a huge hole.

    My parents passed 6 weeks apart a few years ago. It’s tough and always stays with you but it does get better. You just keep striving to be the person they taught you to be and honor them that way and their always with you. Good luck

    We are doing ok.
    Winter is here again and we started with a pretty good 8-10”.
    It’s still tough wish I wasn’t so far away.
    Probably be moms last winter at the house.
    But she’s done well so far.

    We are hanging in there.
    Winter has been easier so far, a couple of storms but most has since melted!
    It may be moms last winter at the house not sure.
    She says it’s too much but it keeps her active.
    The holidays were a lot better with dad around.

    Hope your new year has been good.
    We are doing ok!
    Moms a trooper and my brother has been been okish.
    Wish I was closer to her travel time is getting to me.
    But the dog likes to ride and she enjoys the dog. But making sure he doesn’t trip her or something makes it hard to do what needs doing.
    Damm I miss dad!
    This is the dog we saved from the humane society here.
    He was from my daughters failed marriage and has been passed around for a while.
    They said he wasn’t good with people or kids or animals.
    He is so sensitive it isn’t even funny.
    He begs the cats to be friends they don’t make him bleed but don’t really like him being here.
    He’s a 3 yr boxer/husky and has way more energy than I.

    I was all the way up in Northern Vermont last winter, you live in a beautiful state. After visiting Ben and Gerry's and ordering their Cherry Garcia ice cream, it tasted even better where it was born. :hungry:

    Thanks it is a nice place but expensive.
    Ben and Jerry’s, fresh maple syrup umm.
    Pretty cool going to the sugar house when they boil. Most welcome visitors during the season and have hot samples.
    The lack of crime and venomous animals insects snakes etc are a plus.
    More cold weather months than summer definitely need summer and winter wheel sets.
