Looks awesome @MESO ! Just curious if there will be an Amber DRL option or will it just be offered with a white DRL?

Curious of this too, I think I remember that amber was going to be an option? I’d like to swap out my limited edition DRLs for Amber.

For those interested in stalk control of the DRL in the upcoming Meso V5 turn signal described here, this modification of the new Meso puddle light switch cable will help. The white circuit is snipped and spliced with the headlight DRL.

What kind of wiring is going to be involved in V5? Will you have to run something through to the cab, or are these plug and play?

If I have the MESO puddles will it make wiring up v5 turn signals easier? Or does one have nothing to do with the other?

Yup. There’s that connector with the puddle light system that has been sitting there. Anxiously waiting for the turn signals to be plugged in for greatness.

all the more reason why the puddle lights were such a great value

So would I still need to run wires from the turn signals through the door into the truck? Trying to decide if I should install my puddle lights or wait in the event I get my hands on the v5 turn signals and install all at once.

    Quick answer: nope.

The puddle lights have two sets of connections coming off the wire that you put through the door boot. One goes to the puddle light and the other is there for the v5s. Just make sure you put that extra connection into the mirror when you put the puddle light in and all you should have to do is pull the mirror casing off and plug in the v5s when and if you get your hands on them.
