    I'm debating between these headlights and the new OEM LED's; how would rate your experience so far? What would you recommend them? What don't you like about them??

    There appears to be several folks who have had various problems, but I’ve had zero issues with mine. (fingers crossed) I love them. Lots of positive comments from fellow taco owners.

    The lenses aren’t tinted, the internals are just dark to give that appearance.

    ah interesting; I was worried about them being tinted because while they look awesome I don't want to get the truck an after market vibe; that's why I keep going back and forth between these and the 2020 OEM

    I agree with you. I didn’t want the aftermarket look either...especially the CHEAP aftermarket look. These look amazing in my opinion.

    They do look pretty awesome; so you think they have that OEM vibe but just way nicer than stock?

    I’ve got the dumb when it comes to lighting but they said it may be the drivers. They said to give them a few business days to contact the manufacturer. They said if worse comes to worse I can return them.
    I’m going to email them again next week and see if any progress has been made. It’s just weird that it’s only certain stations.

    Me as well. It's been 2 months, and I haven't received a refund. Retrofit said they are looing into it a few days ago, but I haven't got a response yet. I just want the dang lights, but I won't reorder until I get my refund. I used a debit/credit card. Do I need to contact my bank? What process did you guys go through?

    If you used your credit card just contact them and explain what the situation is. From previous experience they credit card company will issue you and refund and handle it from there and on.

    There was a security breach in November 2019 with one of the payment gateways we used at the time Stripe. Users data, payments, bank info etc was hacked. There was emails sent to out to those who made payments or issued refunds during that time that were possibly affected by the breach with instructions. Some refunds here on this forum, Tundras.com and a few others were reported not received although they was issued. We no longer use Stripe gateway because of the problems we've had.


    You need to contact your bank immediately!
