As the title states, I purchased my truck last month. For about 3 weeks I was driving using the temp plates that were provided until my permanent plates came in. About a week ago I created an NTTA account, associated it with my truck, and ordered the tag. The tag has yet to arrive and when I check my payment/account history on NTTA it shows that I have no tolls to pay.

I use the tolls every day on my commute to and from work so I am worried that I'm going to be hit with a massive toll bill some time soon :help:

They'll mail the bill to wherever the temp license is associated with. I'm assuming you got your new plates now and that's how you created the account? That account won't be used until you rack up charges with that plate in use

edit: If you're driving with the new plates and still not seeing charges it may just not be associated with your account yet since it's using the plate number and not the sticker. I think when you get the bill for the new plates there's an option to associate it with your account. Or it might give you an error when you try and say the account is associated with another vehicle
