Not the same tire. The LT285/65r/18 is a taller tire vs the 285/60/18 and might be E rated vs C rated. Post up all the details showing the full tire size, rating, etc.

What is the difference between E vs C rated?

 

C load rating is a 6 ply tire and the E load rating is 10 ply. So the E rated tires are heavier and less prone to damage on trails. They cost more as well. If you're just looking for street tires, go with the C rated tires. The LT 285/65R18 is an E rated tire.
From Nitto's website, both the LT tires are E rated. The 265/65 is 1" taller than the 265/60 tires.
