If you include small things like an apple or a protein shake then I eat at 6am, 7:30, 9, 11, 2pm, 4, 6:30, 8:30-9. Then sleep 10-5:45 and wake up fucking starving.

How is not eating too much work?

    You literally do nothing.

Been having abdominal pain lately and I’ve been craving a lot of apples and peanut butter, which is odd considering I eat peanut butter maybe twice a year.

    Its good stuff

it’s not the “not eating” it’s cramming a fuck ton of calories into a small window. The longer you have to eat, the easier to eat more.

Not good to stretch the stomach for sure but Serge Nubret used to eat like 8 pounds of meat a night while barely eating anything during the day. He had a tight waist ... could be a bad example though because was genetically elite.

I just don’t se show you guys can eat a meal past 7:00 PM, if I have so much as 2 bites of food at 7:00 or later I don’t sleep well and I feel bloated/full.

Another successful day in the books, clusterfuck at work for me some exercise (it involved ripping a gas line and the auto shutoff not functioning properly) and then I worked out this evening.
Started on the bike, High RPM medium intensity and then went to lower RPM with higher resistance and after 10 minutes went back to high rpm medium resistance.
Did the circuit, 105lbs seated row felt good, 105 lbs lat pull down felt good, 75 lbs shoulder press was work but I did it, bicep curl was at 60 and it felt good, leg press was 75 and it was light, I need to bump it up some more.
Had a little bit of arm soreness/cramping after lat pull downs but I think it was from low water intake today.

and with that I’ll call it a day.

The only two people here who eat a fuck ton are @Travish325 and @Supra TT

And one of them fasts a whole fucking day a week.

It depends what I eat. Refined sugars I can’t sleep. Just about anything else I eat I’m fine.
    I’m almost the opposite.
My first 24 hour fast I was wired like crazy and couldn’t sleep. :goingcrazy:

Anyone know any good guides or programs to improve my running? Gotta branch out and do some more cardio this year. Maybe run a half marathon.

I’m damn near 4K a day most days, and eat relatively clean. No chance I could get that in 8 hours or less.

Either way, IF ain’t for everyone. Fuck fasting bc I get hungry as shit every few hours.

What are your specific goals? And by that I mean:
How many days a week will you be dedicating to running?
What is your current weekly volume?
    What is your running experience?

There are a plethora of programs out there. It really comes down to what you are willing to commit yourself to time wise.

But thats the whole thing, the more often you eat the more hungry you are.
He was complaining about going 6 hours without food. If the goal is to not be hungry its an option.

I was just calling bullshit on the excuse. I don’t care what people chose to do or not do in regards to their feeding schedule.
