Work for me is right at about 38 miles one way. Thankfully I haven't had to go into work daily since about 2011-12. Jeez, nearly ten years.

 

I’ve actually been considering the new generation of the Honda Insight, gets about as much MPG’s as a Prius but more space and better looks.

 

Did 75 round trip miles for the first few months when I moved up here, that was killer on the gas, in march I'll be a stones throw away from my job (literally about 300 yards from door to door)

 

I'm also at 80-90 miles (depending on the route) round trip. It sucks a lot, but the cost of housing justifies it.

If anyone is looking for an OEM bed mat for a longbed, I have one for sale. I bought it in March 2019. I havent really found a good use for it. Other than keeping my stuff from sliding. Im selling for $80 firm. Im located in Columbus Georgia

 

That’s kind of all they’re intended to be good for. Were you expecting more?

 

Well I was gonna be using it to protect the bed thats all. I think Im just gonna have it sprayed with a liner instead. Whatever my loss someone else's gain. It was one of those impulse purchases. I saw it, I bought it.

 

I find them to be essential. Overpriced for what they are, but still one of the first things I’ve added to every taco I’ve owned.

We recently went through this ourselves. Both the Tacoma and 4Runner were too small, so we bought an Odyssey. Hated it. Absolutely hated it. Ended up getting an expedition. The Eco Boost engine gets just a few MPG worse than the Odyssey and seems to be a very reliable engine. I've been very pleased and impressed with it.

....to the point that I wish I could afford a new F150

Yes, but the gas mileage sucks. I love the Tundra, but Toyota needs to do something to keep up with the competition. Resale on those is falling fast because people are realizing what a dinosaur it is.
