Honest question. Been trying to sell my OEM suspension without much luck. Just looking for honest opinions whether people actually buy this or if it’s better to just take it to a scrap yard. Appreciate any feedback.

How much are you asking? I see TONS of people in my area asking crazy prices for suspension takeoffs. I just bought a set with ~15k miles - front and rear springs, front and rear shocks, plus UCA's. Guy had 'em listed at $150 and when I picked up he was willing to take $100. I think $100-200 is the acceptable price point at the moment.

Definitely offer for free before tossing in the trash. Someone may just need them temporarily while their suspension is being rebuilt or could be useful if they're returning to stock before a sale.

I think I was asking too much. I kinda just glanced at eBay to see what people were asking but I dropped it and we’ll see what happens. Appreciate the feedback

Mine had 40k miles. “Sold” the F&R shocks for lunch ($20) and gave the leaf springs away to a different guy. They are out of my garage.

Miles/condition? People want low miles to brand new take offs $250-300. See more demand for off road vs sport.

The MOST that take offs should go for is 150-200 for front rear and any leaf springs/UCAs included or not included. Anything more than that and why even bother buying takeoffs? Just spend $350 instead on better performing 5100s that can even support lift.

People looking for takeoffs are those working with a budget just looking to refresh their worn suspension or quickly go back to stock to trade it back in. You're not dealing with something in high demand. Market dictates price, not how much the dealership would charge you for everything brand new.

I’m good condition with 20k miles. Only thing missing is the top hats as I had to use them in my new suspension

Unfortunately the top hats make a difference too. With so many of these available and prices so low it's usually worth it for most to buy the ones that have top hats since we can do the swap in our garage vs needing to pay a shop with a spring compressor.
