Just finished a 5 month complete custom remodel

    2004 Tacoma dbl cab. Long travel custom cage
    Solo long travel kit with outside frame mini hoops in rear. King remote shock system, custom glass quarter panels and fender flares. Tubbed footwells, custom hybrid exoskeleton, custom roof rack. Custom snorkel. Custom built bumpers and full skids. 35” tires. Custom 3 seat interior w/ Braun racing seats and 4 point harnesses.

    I know the feeling. It took me about 5 months start to finish with a month off for a surgery to get my camper functional enough to take it to Baja.
    I think I put around 300 hours into it in those 4 months plus my day job is a 50 hour + gig.

    Fox 2.0 Coilovers in the front and Fox 2.0’s in the rear, Total Chaos UCA’s, Al-lpro expo leafs, K&N cold air intake, TRD headers,Magnaflow catback exhaust,URD short throw shifter, switched out my 60/40 bench seat for some Tacoma Limited seats, Replaced the vinyl shift boot for a leather one, completely soundproofed the cab w/ Frost King. Replaced stock radio with a Pioneer AVH series head unit. Focal component system w/a 10" sub powered by 2 Alpine amps. Weathertech floor mats. Line-X'd the bed. SCS Ray 10’s, Installed an A.R.E. MX series camper shell. All-Pro Apex front bumper w/ All-Pro skid plates all the way back to the Trans. Low Range fuel skid plate.
    Beautiful 1st gen. I would love to pull my 1st gen apart and restore it back to its original (outside of the mods I’ve done and plan to do.) :rolleyes:

    I started with the roof racks. I worked up the design, and had the plates cut at a local laser cutting service. I TIG welded the front, and bolted the sides to 80/20 extrusions for the cross bars4E750670-2435-4513-A238-C347EF5F2092.jpg
