Replacing injectors, what else while I’m there?

Only thing I can think of is incorrect hose diameter size? I replaced the bad hoses with just some stock hose at the auto part store. Possibly some debris got in under the injectors?

There's a cliff nearby my house. If she can make it there, I can drive off it and I think that will do the trick.

    Update:

    Broke her down.
    IMG_8494.jpg

As you can see, she's pretty dirty. Did an Ohm reading on the injectors. They were all within .2 of 13.8, so the resistance was good on all of them. I'm sweating bullets at this point.
    IMG_8493.jpg

Pulled the rails and injectors out and finally found the culprit giving me the P0306 CEL code (intermittent misfires) this whole time. The #6 injector o-ring was hangin on by a thread and hanging very loose. One o-ring to rule them all.
    IMG_8496.jpg

Replaced all 6 injectors, the fuel rail crush washers, the fuel pressure regulator and cleaned up what I could.
    IMG_8499.jpg

Replaced the plenum gaskets and cleaned up the plenums.

Got her all put back together with a new throttle body gasket and replaced the fuel filter.

Now I was getting misfire codes after starting her up the first few times and was running rough. I let her idle for a long time today then reset the new codes I was getting. Took her for a 6 mile jaunt and she's running well...no codes popped up from that trip. I suspect (hopefully) that it was debris running through the system from the extensive cleaning. Can't be sure, but I'll keep you posted if any problems arise.

Side note: getting back to the subject of this forum, I'm not sure if hoses were mentioned earlier, but upon close inspection of my hoses, I had to replace 4 or 5 old, cracked hoses....so be prepared for that.

Congratulations man! Nice work! I did my passenger side and all my issues are gone. There were a few hairy moments. I’ll be going all in this summer including valve cover gaskets.

Nice. I was looking at the 1,3,5 side with everything on....how far did you break it down to replace that side?

Of course I do. Always a great feeling, even if the truck I'm working on isn't even mine. I'm just the magical elf that keeps it running smooth. lol

I wan't to thank you and everyone else for putting in their advice and helping me out with this, much appreciated.

Removed the throttle body. You can get the rail out reasonably easy from there. It was tough to torque the banjo bolts so I had to do those by feel. I reused the gasket washers because the dealership dropped the ball on me.

I was able to pressurize the rail before putting the throttle body back on. I disconnected the coils and just cranked it over for about 5 seconds to run the fuel pump. Then I could check for leaks. No leaks first try! She fired right up after reassembly and runs great. Got it up to temp and shut it down. No code and no stumble after multiple restarts. So I’m going with it’s all fixed.
