What's up everyone, I frequent TW often but rarely in my own region. I've met a bunch of TW members and have been to a few TW hosted events.

My name is Voeun, Vee for short, because too many vowels.

I'm from Providence, RI and drive a 17 DCSB OR. Have had it for two years now and I love every minute of driving this turtle.

I have done a few things to it so feel free to ask any questions.

I will be at Lord Hobo brewery this Saturday (2/8) meeting with some TW members so hope to meet some new faces there.

    Below is my vehicle.

I’m in Providence and I’d love to meet more TW peeps. I can’t make Hobo, I could maybe swing Trillium. Maybe next time. Did you do your own front end?

No worries, I figured I'd extend the invite for those who might be around.

Yes, besides the cab mount chop and tire mounting everything was installed myself on the truck. I've installed 2 lo pros and 2 high clearance fronts.

Word, just let me know. I'm not sure if I'll stay too long, trying to get home to install my snorkel.

 Hey another providence junky. I live over on the east bay but my truck is still new/completely stock.

Ever had hassle without the front plate? I’m keeping it in a storage cubby behind the seat for now.

What's up man! I'm on the providence/Cranston border by Garden city.

I haven't had any issues with front plate, as a matter of fact it was the first thing I took off the truck. Cops never really bat an eye at lifted trucks, unless you're rolling coal or something.

I’m in prov too. When are we meeting up here? Long Live anyone?

I didn’t have a front plate for about 4 months after getting my truck. I was parked in front of sport clips in Warwick when a cop walked over and asked me about it. He said I needed to fix it. I wound up getting a no drill plate. I like it and I can pull it easy whenever I’m OR....

Odd, I've had plenty of times all over RI where an officer looked over my vehicle. Never gave me crap about the plate and I always reverse in to a spot haha.

Im part of a fb group we meet up with members for food and hang out. Occasionally we will wheel out by the CT border.

what's the group? We're pcs'ing this summer to Vegas, but I'd love to meet folks here while in the area. I met up with a couple guys at Freetown in Nov. Was a good time. Also, are any of you having OEM headunit trouble? Mine keeps restating when my iPhone is connected via bluetooth. I updated the OS and it fixed the issue for exactly 5 days..... Im considering the Apline Halo9 if I can't find a solution soon.

    It's Noreast Yotas on FB.
I connect both my Android and iPhone without any issues, though the Android is my primary so I might not have the same issues. Feel free to post up there.

I've heard about Freetown, have two other Tacoma friends who frequent it but haven't been there myself.

do it anyway entune is trash. One of the reasons I paid more for a 20 instead of a 19 was android and apple support.
