    Hi all,

Looking to replace the cheap Walmart floor mats that came with my new to me taco with some OEM ones. Not sure exactly what they look like, not what the interior color codes are so I need some verification.

    I've found these on eBay:
    https://www.ebay.com/i/153791333814...98772&itm=153791333814&pmt=0&noa=1&pg=2386202

They look about right to me. I have a 2001 Xtra can with the "tan" interior. Is that the oak color code? Are there any better places to get the OEM mats or just crawl through eBay?

    Thanks,
    Brian

Yes, those look like the OEM mats. In fact, they look like they might be Double Cab mats -- someone with an Xtracab will have to confirm that they're right for that body style. Perhaps they're interchangeable.

Here's the interior of my 2003 when it had the oak interior it came with. (I changed the complete interior to charcoal from my 2001 before selling that truck.) I'm not crazy about the OEM mats because they don't have a heel pad. You can see where the previous owner of my 2003 wore through the mat completely with his heel.

Even on my charcoal mats, which I babied as much as I could, were showing heel wear. I've cut checkerplate rubber sheet to the original pattern and have been using those for almost ten years.

    Huskyliners original, a bit pliable.
I have heard the OEM ones available (like pictured) don’t quite compare to the originals, in pile thickness or backing material and will dirty easy- great for a presale though-Weathertechs slide around and are hard plastic.
