Has anyone had any good luck with the OEM cargo net originally made for the 2nd gen Tacoma’s for the 3rd generation? I have a 2020 Tacoma and I would like a cargo net bag covers the entire bed. I noticed with thus cargo net it’s supposed to come with 2 additional mounting anchors that screw into the bed.

here is the part number. I have a short bed.

do you have any recommendations? I am open to after market. I used to own a 2009 Honda Ridgeline with a factory cargo net which I loved since it stretched across the entire bed!

I have not - but I use this net often - I store it under my rear seat (in it's storage bag) - cheap and works well.

I see them at Princess Auto for like $10-$20. You guys in the States, I believe it's called Harbour Outlets, or something like that.

P.S., I owned a 2007 Ridgeline. Miss the trunk and dual tailgate. Wish Tacos came with both.

I ordered mine from TacoNets on Amazon. They have little hooks that mount into the bed side track system and the tie down points.

Thank you Mikey Buck! That is pretty reasonable in price compared to Toyota!! Do you recommend that I get a bed rail installed under the rear window?

I didn't on mine. I just attach a carabiner to the two front tie down points on the bed and then use two other carabiners on the rear tie down points. I use mine all the time delievering 1/4 to 1/3 cord firewood.

It looks like you guys favor the 4x6, which stretches to 8x12. I can see that for a pile of stuff in the bed that would be great.

I was thinking about geting a 3x4, which stretches to 6x8 for use on top of a diamondback bed cover (short bed truck). The biggest thing I'd use it for is probably a tube when going to the lake. Do you think 3x4 is the right size for that?
