I got milk on my passenger door that I thought the rain that day would take care of. Big mistake and now I’m left with this. Any advice on how to take care of this?

Milk, it doesn't do an auto body good.

What have you tried? Guessing car shampoo may be too weak, have you tried dish soap? Don't recommend dish soap for normal car washing but for this spot may be strong enough. I'd try paint clay then move on to a light car paint polish which you should be able to work by hand and a microfiber towel. Some of the "cleaner wax" type products would work. They're kind of old school, not sure if you can pick one up local. Maybe something like NuFinish. The cleaner waxes have a little abrasive in them to clean at the same time it's polishing.

You're gonna have to polish those milk stains out. Use a random orbital.

    If it were me, I’d:
    Wash the truck very well
Use Wizards Turbo Cut compound on a rag and buff in a straight direction
If there is still some staining, repeat with a buffing wheel but be careful on any edges
Use 3M perfect it polish on a buffer
    Wax of your choice.

    Clay bar

I honestly think that will do it. I don't see why milk would need to be polished out. I think the proteins are just hanging onto the paint.

Stop getting angry and throwing milk on your truck.

Clay bar followed with a wax should handle it.
