Aloha Toyota Summit

Aloha! This May we are planning what will hopefully be the largest ‘Yota weekend on the island with events similar to Toyota Summit on the mainland! We are planning a full day of wheeling, BBQ, meeting new friends, and enjoying all things 4x4! We are currently seeking sponsorship; if you know of anyone, drop us a name!

This event is hosted by: Hawaii Off Road Yotas, Aloha FJ Cruisers, Hawaii Tacoma Crew, and Oahu Off-Road



Details:

We will all meet up at a currently undecided location for a quick meet and greet, and to lay out the event schedule for the day.

The main location for wheeling at this event will be Peacock Flats. Anyone is however free to off road at any location of their choice. The event staff does NOT condone wheeling at any location where the county does not permit such activity. Also, please keep in mind that Kaena Point is not an off road park, but is open for vehicle access. Please remember to respect the land and those around you. Please know your limits as a driver and the limits of your vehicle when selecting a location.

The event will wrap up at a reserved park on the North Shore. There we will have BBQ and have a FREE raffle and awards presentation!

Saturday, 16 May 2020, starting around 9am for the meets up for morning off-road seshs. Then probably meet up at the park in the afternoon.

I will add, we have some sponsors and are also planning for some giveaways. And if you want discounts, the coordinators have some 10-15% discount codes from a few vendors/sponsors.

 

I’ll be there, I’ve hit you guys up on Instagram and FB already! Super excited to meet everyone, this will be my first event ever!

Just curious, If this event gets enough traction, are there enough permits for peacock flats? if not, would Kaena point be a better location? either way i'm down as long as i'm off!!!

 

The off-roading is somewhat of a prequel to the actual event. Some people will go to Peacock Flats, others will go to Kaena Point, and who knows where else...but, in the afternoon, the goal is to convene at a reserved park on North Shore.
