I have a 05 Tacoma 4wd and I got some vibration coming from what sounds like near the passenger side dash somewhere behind that. Its mostly when shes cold and it is really noticeable when I back up. Only when its cold I'll hear when I'm actually driving and I'm at 1300 rpm. Was wondering if someone can help me out

    Welcome to the forum!

    Her are my three thoughts:
    1. The air bag frame rattling. There is an old TSB for it, T-SB-0087-18, dated Mar10, 2010.
It is located behind the glove box and up higher in the dash. There are supposed to be some foam-like strips that buffer the frame with the module but these often were not installed or installed correctly.

    2. There is another old TSB for the main wiring harness where it crosses a metal support for the air inlet and the holders for the engine ECU and what is known as Junction Box No. 2. Sorry, but I lost the reference for this one. That problem area is best seen also being the glove but lower down, and you may be able to access from just beneath the glove box but things tend to be so much easier removing the GB. I believe the fix for that one is also a felt piece under the bundle wires where it contacts the metal brace.

    3. Dash rattling on its supports against windshield. Fix is to put rubber piece such as hose, foam, etc. More in this thread: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/rattle-in-dash-is-driving-me-mental.194816/
