    That's the hose I used as replacement. It was still rubbing for some reason no matter how I manipulated it. It either rubbed on the cooling fan, or it rubs up against the pulley bracket. I called Superchargers Online, who is the supplier for Magnuson, and ordered one from them. Apparently, their hose is a little different. I'll take photos of the difference once I get it in.

    I wonder if you have a bent radiator support. It would cause the issue that you are talking about, since clearances once boosted become much less over OE.

    Doubt it. Its never been in an accident, nor have I ever rammed into anything with it.

    I wonder if my motor mounts could be worn. If my engine rocks back and forth, it could possibly contact fan. But the fan is connected to the engine. If the engine rocks back and forth, so would the fan.

    I believe there was some kind of spacer thingy to be installed when you installed the supercharger, that was installed right?

    My fan was rubbing my LRH also, but A little bit of twist action was able to get it just enough away from the fan that it doesn't hit anymore.

    If your engine rocks back and forth I would suspect the transmission mount long before the actual engine mounts.

    The spacers were down by the T stat housing if I remember right, but those pushed all of that jazz outward more than inward and it sounds like his issue is more so that the hose is too forward which is causing the fan to strike the lower hose.

    Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
    Even after making the appropriate cuts on the Magnuson supplied hose, I only have roughly 1/4” clearance from the fan.

    Same actually. Mine is about 1/4" clearance from the fan.

    Is your lower radiator hose contacting the pulley assembly also?

    I thought i had that much clearance initially, but once the coolant started to flow, i started hearing scraping noises from the fan.

    I definitely installed the spacer that pushed everything out a little.

    I ran a voltage booster on mine for a month or so until the battery light came on bc of it. Took out the voltage booster, reinstalled the 7.5amp Alt-s fuse and its been good ever since. Kinda has me curious what happened though

    OP has the best list. Unless you’re heavily moded, most people run the supercharger stock ones and not the colder ones available.
