Visiting Hawai’i currently and I swear every third vehicle is a Tacoma!

Spotted 139 Tacoma’s in 40 minutes of driving!

Here’s one at a truck accessory shop:

I work on one of the ships that delivers Tacomas to HI. We literally carry cargoholds full of Tacomas from San Diego to the islands. It's nuts.

Yeah I believe it, we saw some that still had protective layers on from a ship dropping them off.

Also, looking at your first two pictures, that's the port of Kahului. It sucks to maneuver into or out of. 90% of the time we do it at night and the wind is hauling in off the water. There have been times where ships have to leave the thrusters on and pushing the ship to the dock while the little tugs push the ship to the dock while the mooring lines try to hold the ship against the dock. We're usually only there for a few hours and then head out again. There are other times where we just have to sit out and circle while waiting for the wind to die down.

I remember last December visiting my Brother in Kailua we counted one day driving up the H3 from Kailua to Pearl Harbor we counted 25 Tacoma's

A few days later going Hawaii Kai to Pearl city and up the H1 during rush hour every 5th vehicle was a Tacoma

    Stuff and such
Bought my 2012 new from Servco Windward for just over $30k, drove it for a couple years and had to move to MD. Sold it with 40k miles (just driving around the island somehow) for $28.5 after a little bit of a bidding war. Demand in Hawaii was sooo much more than it would have been in MD. Now I have my 2001 to take back!
