Received my frame corrosion campaign letter about a month ago. What do you think the dealership will say ?

I think it looks new and not even dirty.

    What’s the problem here?

    It will pass.

But they'll spray it with the junk they use to make it qualify for the extension of the campaign.

Your post inspection pics won't look nearly that nice.

It was more or less a sarcastic post. Dealership said they needed to see it so they can get me on the list for the CRC spray. Hopefully they don’t waste too much of my time today.

Still not sure I’m going through with the CRC spray. I may just continue to keep after it myself. I had that stuff on my 2002 and it was awful.

If you got it, flaunt it.

My frame still has the stickers on it, and they are legible. :p

It’s not always this clean. I typically do a cleaner/protector on the frame twice a year.

I have some fishing trips coming up March-May so it’ll be trashed again in a month or two. As long as the rust stays away I don’t care!

The same shit everyone else has.
I’m in the same boat. I got that letter in the mail the other day and feel like it’s not even worth my time since the frame on my ‘11 looks just like yours.

TBH, they will say something along the lines of "How in world did you keep it that clean???"

Update: Guy at the service desk said the visual inspection would take about 30-45 minutes. 10 minutes later he comes out to the waiting room and said I was all set (it passed). He asked if I already had a new frame installed, said it was in showroom condition.

Those extra few hours a year spent underneath the truck definitely are worth it.
