Rear Bumper Mounting Options

Hey guys! I have a CBI high clearance rear bumper that I'm wanting to mount a few things to. I wanted to solicit some advice on how I could mount a few things.

Here's the bumper as it stands now:



Ideally I'd like to be able to mount:
- water/gas cans
- 4 maxtrax
- propane tank
- trasharoo like bag
- hi-lift jack

 

I thought this was a cool mounting option for propane but I think you'd need specific wheels for it to work?
