    Next few things, Find access cab center console. Get Black carpet inside (I REALLY DONT LIKE THE VINYL). and get some rock sliders.

    oh and get some weathertech vent visors for the windows because i miss having those.

    [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] All installed. tweeter is on a make-shift spacer to get it to where the original was behind the cover. Sound improvment is 10X better. fits perfectly too

    (Picture won’t pick up the scratch. The colors the same as the primer. Lol)

    Weathertech vent visors and floormats installed today. man how i missed the vent visors

    It’s going to be SEM interior paint/dye. My buddies going to Re-upholster all the cloth with black leather maybe perforated. Depends on what I can get cheap.
    And yes weather stripping is on the list. I’ve replaced some of it. The door gaskets are next. But at 90 a piece it’s going to be a little bit.
    Seal for the steering shaft has a gaping hole in it too. So that’s on the list

    little update.. trucks at the body shop getting the cap painted and the frame checked again.. looks like it tweaked back... may have to reinforce the spot somehow. we shall see!

    You know the rag joint between the column and rack... do they make a polyurethane or just stiffer replacment one?

    I remember on my tacoma the that was the only part that had any give in the steering system made it feel mushy

    I still need to replace a bunch of bushings on the 4 runner before i can decide of i need it or not but i feel it will be the same outcome

    Yeah but with bushings and the rack mod you get great steering feel. Part of the reason that has give is to allow it to turn without resistance
