Traded the 392 for an "18" JLU Rubicon. WTF am I doing thread.

Oops, purchased 10 years ago.

When we did the inspection in 2010, there was a small stain on the ceiling above the fridge. It was agreed that it would be fixed by the time I moved in.

On the day of the move in, plumbers were here working on it. They said they think they fixed it and the seller agreed to put $1000 in escrow in case it wasn't.

I'm guessing that since property values went up, it got dissolved in that.
The market at the time was low, purchased the house for $135k. Since then, a huge plot of land that's about a mile up the road that used to be a field, has since developed. Wal-Mart, Pet smart, tractor supply, a huge strip mall, etc was built. Zillow is now showing the house and property at $170k.

So it might be time to fix the things here, put on the market and move on.

Tsb- upgraded steering stabalizer.

Comp flash for "surging" at idle speeds.
Comp flash for excessive noise from fans when ac is on.

Warranty work for blown 6x9 speaker on passenger side sound bar.

Oil change/tire rotation.

 

No new news....but I can tell you that I love the wrangler!
