I agree. I can see it already, look at these map lights! And the chrome is all gone! See how nice my taillights looks? Her, you’re an idiot. Wait, my ect button is on my shifter, and my start button is new. Her, Why? Ummm..., did I mention I relocated my rear blinkers? Her, my parents were right.

It’s my own fault. I didn’t complain about the “before” on each item, really show her the shortcomings. I’m sure then she’d see the beauty in the improvements, right?

Nope, wouldn’t help... mine was like whatever, don’t know why the chrome bothers you.

EDIT: GONE!!! Congrats and hope you enjoy the kit!

@MESO (or any Admins/Mods) Not trying to thread-jack so if you disapprove of this message please feel free to let me know and it will be removed. Beautiful product by the way, as always!

In an attempt to pay it forward as someone handed me this for free (while picking up another part from them), but I don't have any use for it at this time....I have the following item, for FREE (minus shipping if it comes to that) to anyone interested.

Meso Customs 4pc Interior Chrome Delete Kit, Cement
New! Opened but never used, he said he went a different direction and just never installed them.

I already posted this in the Florida Classifieds in hopes of finding someone local but hey, just hoping someone could get some use out of these. PAY IT FORWARD!

Nothing too exciting with MGM, but no chrome! I really like how it looks OEM. Will do the vent rings this weekend (also MGM). Then the DIY Stealth Shift Knob mod. Planning on using the "right click" on a garage door opener. I have the 12V => 3V converter... just need to solder some wires for power and the trigger. Not sure where, exactly, to mount the garage door opener (it's the key-chain style). I've seen some put it up behind the overhead using magnets to mount, but I'm worried about the heat during the summer months. Suggestions?

I used 3m click locks like you get with an ezpass. I also didn't wire mine in for power since it's easy to get to, but below the shifter it's probably a good idea. It survived last summer without any heat issues. I don't know if you really need to mount it up high, just test it out from below the shifter to make sure the signal gets out.

I attached mine via magnet on the roof. I don’t think the heat will be anymore a factor there than hanging on the visor. Worst case, I will need to spend $20 and solder a replacement.

Thanks @kecknj and @jptheriot ... I'll take it all into consideration.
I do want to hardwire it to power so I can just (hopefully) set it and forget it.

If you don’t have enough people interested to warrant having a mold made would you consider 3D printing a small batch? This is the last piece of the puzzle for me.

How about putting it on your website and stating you're out of stock... and see how many people sign up for the email notification?

I considered that. But it takes 5 seconds to pull the overhead panel down to access the remote. Didn’t think it was worth the time personally.

Anyone have their 4WD LO throw an error (beep) after swapping out the chrome ring? No issues with 4WD HI, but my 4WD LO won’t engage.

My best guess would be something didn’t go back in right. So my best option would be to pull it, and go through the process again.

    UPDATE...
I decided the stock Climate rings did look a little plain, and matching the rest of the kit was needed.

MANUAL AND AUTO rings are in the mold

    Here's what I have came up with:D
It's subtle..like the rest of my rings. But ties into black out kit design and color.
