Dude, I baby my '03 (3.4l), and I've run full synthetic (oil / trans) since I purchased new, and I average about 13/15 in town, and maybe 22 at best on the hwy.
    She's thirsty.
I should add, that's with stock tires / no lift.

Dude, i wish i could get 22!again, that disappeared with the new tires a year ago for some reason
but the Colorado trip a few weeks ago it was getting a bit over 23 with that state's fuel, no joke!
and mine is probably heavier than yours with the 4x4 stuffs :notsure:
no lift, close to stock tires

Coming back from fuel treatment stuff... Any idea on whether the fuel pressure regulator o ring needs to be replaced or not when doing the injectors?

Wulf I'm not sure, but for peace of mind, and not running the risk of the old one leaking or tearing while being removed, I'll replace it.

I'm getting ready to swap my injectors for some cleaned used ones and I suppose I'd rather replace it for a few bucks than have to tear everything apart in the case the old one leaks

Yeah, I agree 100%. Kinda like a gun....better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

i have more questions  now after having this service professionally done on LeapDay

while waiting over 2 hours i wandered around outside of the shop to see if i could catch a glimpse of my old truck in service but there was no seeing anything at all, all 'no customer entrance/employee only entrance' warning signs.

its recommended to have this service done every 30k miles
i will now have to attempt to change the fuel filter underneath... its been on there for quite awhile since the local service shops stopped doing that service on the major maintenance intervals
