You guys all have cool shit photos. Mine are kind of touristy. In Iraq we couldn't do much in the way of photos. I'll have to dig what I have up and post. Afghanistan, my camera is still there somewhere. So if you happen to see a black Panasonic camera in a black Pelican box, it's probably mine.

Well. Been back again for 5 months now in some sandy dust bowl that doesn't exist.

But I get to mess with some coolshit with some cool dudes as a ground surgical team trauma nurse.

 

Flew from 1976 to 1996. 99% of all I flew with were Vietnam pilots. Some had 10,000 plus hrs.

Had 486 for 4 years:


We flew a bunch of butter bars out to the sticks and picked them up 3 days later:


Went to school for the AH-1 back In 1990. Lot of them were hanger queens because lack of parts. Didn't get much flight time.


Requested to go to Scouts. The OH-58's. My favorite helo funny to say.

I was in Camp America, TKs, and Cuzco (end room four rows back) all over the course of 09-10. I got around.

 

Never remembered to post some pics. Here's a few. My first of many sandstorms and me an a buddy screwing around in Al Faw.
