    Remember this little guy?

Our 14 year old cat Domino needs help right now.
He's been so alive, happy and super energetic, until Saturday morning when he woke up sick and vomited 4 times 'till bile came out. Then, he was very still and silent to the point of looking almost dead. We took him in and they examined him and found nothing but a very slight fever. They IV-administered fluid and an anti-nausia med and sent us home, with the "call us Monday to let us know either way".
Well he won't eat and has not eaten or drank since Friday night around 10.
Still won't move. Still won't eat even when I tried to feed him by hand he rejected that tiny morsel of soft wet food.
I managed to syringe him about a half-ounce of water this morning. About to head over there after this to try more water.
We have no idea what happened to him.
We are taking him back in tomorrow as soon as they let us for testing.
Please point some positive energy and prayers to Domino if you can. I believe it can help and he can really use it.
    Thank you all.

Last July, I lost my year-old Lab/Corgi mix when she was barely even a year old, because she had a rare congenital kidney disease. I know exactly what you are going through. Good luck with Domino! :(

Thanks you guys. I have some good news so far-Rose emailed me that Domino got up at 3AM and went pee, then ate a few morsels of dry food! First time since Friday night. He ate again this morning at 7AM-not a lot but better than nothing. Still won't drink water on his own. But she says he's talking, purring, grooming and his tail is up again and curling to the right. GOOD signs. We'll wait and watch. Meantime I want to thank you again for the power of your hearts:)

Thanks for that! An update-he's much better! He started majorly improving yesterday morning to the point where we wound up cancelling the 3PM vet visit for testing. Started back eating his wet and dry food and drank a TON of water, which right there is going to help him. This little 14 year old cat is tough-I honestly feared he was gonna die the way he was so down Saturday. Shit I still have no idea what happened to him. He must've gotten some bad food.
