    With the Coronavirus pandemic, getting pictures of Toyota vehicles at the same rate I was last year will not be easy; So, I am going to be adding photos of fine examples that I find on the internet at random intervals...

    If I get rich, it’s not gonna be a Ferrari for me; It’ll be a garage full of Toyota trucks, SUVs, and vans...

    Besides, I like Lamborghini better!

    I’ve photographed this Lexus LX before, but here it is again...

    It belongs to a prominent local businessman who let me make a video of his heat pump like 8 years ago!

    @Speedytech7

    I lived in Oak Harbor, Washington (on Whidbey Island for anyone who isn't familiar with the state) from 2000 to 2002 while my dad was stationed at NAS Whidbey; Now that I think about it, I remember seeing a lot of 1980s and early 1990s LCs there! I also lived in NorCal from 1989 to 1990, and from 1996 to 1998 when my dad was stationed at Moffett Field. I have definitely seen an FJ55 in person, and it was either in California or Washington between 1997 and 2002 (not including 1998 to 2000 when we lived in Virginia Beach); I have been back to NorCal (I have family in Monterey and the San Francisco area) in 2000, 2001, 2009, 2010, 2015, and 2017, respectively; I have always seen at least one older FJ there and get very excited!

    In Southeast Pennsylvania, 1998-present LCs are extremely common; The 2007-present J200s are obviously more common because they are newer, but I still see immaculate 1998-2006ish J100s in shopping center parking lots and the driveways of homes in upscale neighborhoods (one time a guy I made a DoorDash delivery to last year let me take pictures of his J100). I am guaranteed to see at least one FJ40 at every large-scale car show I go to, and there are a good number of restored J40s driving around here, including an ICON restomod (which I have photographed).

    J80s are relatively common in this area, and whenever I see one the smartphone comes out. J60s are not common around here, though I did photograph a really nice one while on vacation in Connecticut about five years ago; As stated above, I have not a J50 in close to two decades!

    From living in the Northwest for a combined total of four years during my childhood, I can tell you that old Cruisers are much more common there than here! From what I've read online, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington seem to have a larger amount of pre-1991 Cruisers than any other state/region! I think this has something to do with the off-roading/overlanding culture in those states, and in certain areas the lack of environmental factors causing rust/rot.

    A childhood friend of mine from Oak Harbor still lives in the Evergreen State, about two hours south of Seattle, and his daily driver is a 1980s FJ60 with factory A/C and factory 4-speed; It is fast approaching 200K and in typical Toyota fashion just will not die! The A/C blows cold and everything works, but the chassis has significant rust. My friend bought a gutted bodyshell of another FJ60 with a solid chassis and a clear title, but literally everything including the engine and differentials, and all four doors and the front clip, were gone when he got it; His plan is to do a chassis swap at some point...
