    only my GF has run our IP so far. It took a few tries to get it right for roasts. I think she's running longer than the recipe says. She says 10-15 minutes longer.

    Ya I think you need to adjust things based on your setup and liking. I run some things longer some shorter and some I run longer than normal just based on certain ingredients I use.

    I have done both and don’t recall a difference. I’ll try cooking it longer next time around

    My wife runs it most the time but i remember her saying she has to cook some meats longer. But the good thing is it doesnt take long to build pressure the second time

    Lamb and beef cut into squares, red onion, garlic, cilantro, potatoes, carrots, celery.

    Seasoned with cumin, turmeric, chipotle chili powder, basil, salt and pepper. 1 inch of water.

    I hit it with Creole seasoning when I was making it. Wife distracted me and I added Creole seasoning, again. Whew! Gots a bite to it. Still dang good.

    My crockpot was too small for our ham... So I used 2 Crockpots... I also wrapped the liner up and around the top pot so it seals pretty okay I think
