Had some baja tacos from a restaurant they were so delicious so came home and watched some how to videos on youtube for 2 days. Attempted my own and they definitely didn’t disappoint. Fish of choice was tilapia pan fried since they aren’t too expensive and taste/texture is perfect for tacos.
