How LineX works

While my wife (a science teacher) and I are stuck home under Covid-19 quarantine, she’s been looking for material to remote teach her students and came across this. I looked for a forum titled “Geeking out on science” but the closest I could find was armor...you can see the vague connection.

They drop a watermelon from a tower coated in linex and it bounces!

 

Pretty cool. I've had lineX and rhino liner on two different vehicles. LineX was a lot harder and stuff slid around in the bed more. The rhino liner was a little softer, seemed to give a little more. In my experience I cut a few chunks out of the rhino liner sliding stuff in my bed, never had that issue with the lineX. Interesting stuff for sure! I always wanted to spray my whole jeep with it.
