Hey Ben. I just reread the notes on your ticket and our communication and could not agree more. I will take complete responsibility for the entirety of your order. I should have been more attentive to the service ticket, followed up with the emails and communicated updates to you. I did not and that is a failure on my end. There is no reason any return or exchange should take weeks, let alone longer then a month to complete, regardless the workload or time of year. I have forwarded your posts and comments in the ticket to my senior management team to ensure there is full visibility on their end as well. There is no excuse, I apologize for the poor service you received.

Moving forward, I was able to get Santana involved which should have helped increase response times. Additionally, I will work with with my leadership team to try and allow Santana and myself to handle potential service claims. I anticipate this too would help prevent potentially similar issues moving forward as we're not relying on other individuals to complete claims. In your specific case, I would completely understand your hesitation ordering with us again. However, if there are any products that you need, please reach out through PM and I will be glad to work with you to get a phenomenal price. While I know it would not make up for the lack of service, I would hope it helps.

Got mine installed today. I did tear up the foam padding up near the cab but it’s only a small rip and I’ll fix it sometime later.

It was just me doing the install (pain in the ass since I have a screwed up disc in my back) and my wife helped a bit but she’s not feeling well and didn’t quite have the strength to lift it over the side of the bed which is probably how the foam ripped but no biggy.

I should add that I’m loving it! Thanks again for doing this group buy for us.
