Okay had the back loaded up with 880 lbs for a dump-run + full tank of gas. It squats for sure, maybe can see why people with a lot of weight all the time wouldn't really want these deavers but for the 8 mile round trip it was solid. Rode heavenly as well. Leaves were not in negative arch in this picture.

Funny enough, you’re truck is one of the inspirations on why I’m even looking at bronze wheels. I’m on the fence of jumping on the SCS train or maybe looking at methods or something, just can’t really decide.

What did you run for shocks? I’m going to pull the trigger soon on ome 884’s in the front, and OME MD Dakars. I’m thinking B110’s, and some bump stop that will work without having to buy a full flip kit yet.

First time with the truck unloaded since I put the lift on it. Can't decide if I like the amount of rake.

At the moment I’m running 3rd gen Bilsteins all around but I actually just got a set of OME nitro chargers in the mail today so I hope to get them on this week so I’ll definitely have to report back.

Who on here has done a CMC? I just ordered some 285s from discount (they are having a $100 off promo rest of today fyi). I ordered a filler plates from BAMF and was planning on doing the cutting myself, then taking it to someone (like a muffler shop) for the welding.
Actually got down and started taking measurements and from what I can tell my truck just seems to have a lot more space down there from the photos/ videos I've seen of other people's DC/AC . Those running 285's opinions? I think @jeff b you are, what's your take?

Yep, 285/75r16. General Grabber ATX. Currently running the AT2's in 235/85r16 and absolutely love them. Fantastic tire. Got some 1.25" spacers as advised by discount tire so I can clear my UCA's. Eventually will get whole new wheels when I can afford it

Yep I plan on that too! And will do! Might be a while due to quarentining but I will not forget about my single cab buddies!

haha ya stuff that like is difficult when you don’t have the tools/skill set. Wish I had a welder and knew how to use it. Anyway I at least got these nitro chargers on today that I picked up from another user.

Before -> MD Dekar LS and 3rd gen shocks ~24” from center hub to fender.

After -> MD Dekar LS and nitro charger shocks ~24 1/2” from center hub to fender. We’ll see what it looks like after settling.

My truck had some 16x8 4.5 bs 0 offset Pro Comp wheels and SPC UCA's. With the 885 springs and nitro shocks, the 285/75/16 tires did not rub the cmc at all with the SPC's set at position E. And the lower control arms aren't maxed out either. The pinch welds were beat back pretty good. You might not need the cmc so you may want to wait until you have the tires mounted. I switched to 305/65/17 tires and they rub a little but also have more offset with the wheels.

These are some good looking trucks I love regular cab Tacoma's, I really like the color matching bumper and fender flares. I find it difficult to keep my bumper and fender flares from fading.

No rub on full lock turn going over a high curb in and out of my sloped driveway. My 305's rub with the 17x8.5 with -10 offset wheels, but the 16x8 0 offset wheels with 285's did not rub. They did rub slightly when the SPC's were set at position C, but at E they don't. The truck drives a lot better with them set at E vs C.

Has anyone used/tried the B6112/5160 with Dakar's on a 2.7L regular cab 4X4? Either I'm a complete idiot, or I'm just using the search function wrong? wondering if the settings listed as far as height go, are the same for us single cab 4 bangers, since we're a little lighter, and how the on road drive would be vs like an 884/5100 up front and B110/Dakars in the back.
