I've had LCE block off plates sitting in my parts bin for awhile. Unfortunately it was before they came with the resistors. I only noticed 1 vac port coming off the intake going to the EGR. There are two more on the intake but I didn't trace where they go. I do want to remove the two coolant lines that I just looped together with a union and replace it with a single line. Just one less place for a coolant leak.

Bed support file has been sent to the laser cutter! Pretty anxious to get them made up. Hopefully I measured everything right.

Since deleting the EGR my long term fuel trims are around 15%, short term are spot on. I get the feeling my economy is going to take a big hit with this. May have to reinstall if thats the case. I'm already the first one to run out of fuel with my highly modified 16 gallon tank...

Truck is pretty fun to drive with no weight on it. If I could keep this power to weight ratio I'd be pretty pleased.

In Nevada? I coasted on fumes into that after it started again.

Nope, stalled at the top of the hill. Started it up and made it down the hill into the gas station.

Yeah, bad luck with exhaust mounts. Somehow even after the weight of the whole pipe was entirely on the header, that never leaked neither did the collecter flange

Made some quick brackets for the front of the bed. I'll likely do something similar to the rear as well. Pretty happy with the $180 welder for 1/8". It doesn't like to feed when welding thin metal. Not sure why but the drivers don't roll. IMG_20200419_174909.jpg IMG_20200419_181904.jpg

I'm impressed with sendcutsend.com turn around time. My file was accepted Friday and was delivered Wednesday. Hopefully I can get these dimpled and bent after work tomorrow and get them on by the weekend.

10 guage. $320. I think it was worth it in time saved by not drilling all of those holes by hand.

Got them dimpled and bent this evening. Im going to have fun welding the gap at the folds. I was hoping it would close up more. I'll probably run out of wire with no place to buy flux core around.

    Stuff. Also things.
    Very very cool, Ryan.

Did you increase the height of the crossmembers to account for the body lift?

Those came out awesome! I assume you could shorten the distance up slightly where it folds to bring in the gap? Or do you need a certain length to make it fold nice.

Also, I'll be needing a set. :boink: Could we get @TMFF to do a run on the waterjet?
