I was curious why you don't recommend dropping the headliner for the access cab install when other manufacturers like Prinsu do. Is there something different about your rack that makes this unnecessary (hole spacing maybe)? The install process doesn't look to be a whole lot different, although I definitely appreciate the video that you did.

I want to get a roof rack for my access cab, but really don't want to drill into my airbags or the associated wiring.

installed the access cab rack today. Didn’t have to drop the headliner since my truck doesn’t have airbags up there. Pretty easy install overall

I personally say drop the headliner at least a little so you can vacuum up the drill shavings. But we made sure to steer well clear of the airbags.

    Stock as all get out.
Alright yall just got the Victory 4x4 Rack installed and its super nice. I have seen where people cut the weather stripping in three different pieces to fit around the brackets but i decided to notch it out to keep it all one piece. It holds in place fine going down the interstate but the middle section is a little flimsy so 3m tape or silicone is definitely needed.

TIP : You get a long piece of stripping to go on the underside of the front fairing, and you will have a little extra piece left over. Use it on the underside of the rear fairing thing. Look closely and you can see the piece right above the third brake light.

Thanks @monkeyevil, awesome product at the best price available!

Sir, a couple questions. Does Victory 4x4 plan on or have any thoughts of making a mid height bed rack?

And...I've looked at the website and FAQs...but do you have to have any recommendations on specific hard tonneau covers that will work in conjunction with your bed rack?

We currently do a 10" mid-height and 18" full-height option. We've only tested roll-up covers. Have heard some rumors about the Roll-N-Locks working, however. Unverified. https://www.rollnlock.com/roll-n-lock-lg530m-m-series-truck-bed-cover

Hello! I have the Victory roof rack on my double cab and absolutely love it. Does anyone have recommendations or examples for installation of chase lights on the rear cross bar?

I was considering something like this (pic below) but I'm interested in any experience or advice you can provide. Having a tough time finding something like this to fit the 4 inch openings. Maybe go with a surface mount?

Ordered a bumper from another company...found Victory, ordered, and it shipped and will be here before that other company has even confirmed...wish I would have found Victory first.

Can't wait to install the roof rack!

I ended up using six LED rock lights to serve as camp lights on my roof rack. Overall very happy with how the came out. Nice coverage of the camp sites and low-profile on the rack.

Are they just a wee bit blinding when you're standing next to the truck given that they're focused forward?

Yes, but not really bad & only when you’re staring at them. Thought about trying to angle them down but really wanted them flush.

Is there a reason why the nuts to hold my roof rack together are breaking in half after only 5 months?
