    Would a strong drop be like 3 or more volts from night to morning?

    A 3 volt drop would be a MAJOR drain and the truck wouldn’t start. If it’s 12.8ish volts at night and below 12.1-2ish in the morning I’d be suspecting a parasitic drain.

    Just make sure you give it time to settle, as when you first park the car it will still be somewhere above 13v from charging off the alternator.
