In the case of yours, keep the badges minimal.....and black if necessary.

Black? Do something fun, like the same color as the blue on your shocks.

    Or hot pink.

    Why not both?

Blue badges and pink spirals on the wheels.

Black > Chrome is how I'm rolling right now.

Just the 2 Tacomas on the side. However, I kind of want to remove them as well as move my overland bound badge to the side of my Prinsu.

Do like I did - The factory chrome badges with black vinyl fillers. Looks like black with small chrome outline.

That's why the new ones have sharkfin antennae. Harder to be tracked

thanks, its seen many bitter cold nights at the ghetto wand wash hosing that nasty winter slop off
i have only discovered 4 minor body panel rusty surface spots
still waiting for the 1st CEL at 140k
other than a rotted muffler and a leaky VCG nothing mechanical non-routine has gone out yet (but the VCG might be a routine item looking through TW history reports)
might even be able to pull another 100k+ miles out of the clutch (mostly highway driven)

my guess is the power windows will be the first to stop working but who knows, window motor still sounds good

i saw a rare bird (98-00) like yours today on I80 headed to Lincoln
green xtracab with a shell full of stuff inside moving fast in the far left lane
it had AZ plates on it so i suppose where he came from there are tons of them on the road still, not so many around here, mostly 01-04s with the fancy curvy fronts are all I see with a scattering of 95.5-97s

As dad would say, packed like a box car - driven like a stock car.

I see a surprising number of 98-00s around here, but not nearly as many as the 01-04.

TY, its hard to believe its been almost 23 years since i parked it outside of this place in Blue Springs every night with ~5k miles on it during the summer '97 and truck in to North KCMO every morning enjoying my first vehicle ever that had cold blowing A/C lol!
it used to be American Inn with a 19.99 per night weekly rate, the least expensive room i could find since my employer then did not cover lodging on that particular job, but it cost less than $20 to fill the tank then so the extra miles to drive in every day did not matter as much lol
also had to truck it back & forth to St Louis that summer to put the finishing touches on a year-long job there so the early miles piled up quickly

Before we moved to BS, whenever driving to/from Columbia via 70, I used that Inn as my marker that we were back in the metro, haha.
