What have you bought in the last 48 hours gun related?

This are a couple of videos I researched. Probably shows the clarity better than I can capture right now with my phone. I can say its crystal clear and the led circle red dot is bright and crisp. A tad reflection when pointing towards the sun but not significant. Just a slight blue/green tint as seen in the videos.

Sold some unneeded gun parts and ordered the beginnings of my next pistol build...
All this with BCG & CH for $300 includes taxes & shipping.

 

H4350, H4895, IMR4064, 350 gr .458 diameter Hornaday bullets, 500 bullets of 6.5 123gr hpbt Sierra's, .224 diameter 55gr spt Sierra's bullets.

 

550 rounds 9mm, 300 rounds .40 S&W... got it all for normal retail pricing. Wanted to do some shooting while all this stuff is going down, but I didn't want to break open any of the full cases I have in the safe...

 

Converted a daewoo dr200 to this, now just need the brn180 stock to come out and I’ll be close to a k2

 

Ordered 500 rounds of 45 Auto.

 

Went into the store to buy an MBUS Pro... decided to save $20 and try something less commonly seen/used...
Anyone have first-hand experience and feedback? Will provide mine once it’s been put thru the paces...

I have had a couple of sets. They're great. There's some complaints of them being a little stiff, but I haven't noticed that personally.

 

I’m becoming a fan of the Real Avid cleaning tools.....

Made a few simple mods - still gonna be a naked gun. Had a set of Troy fixed sights, and ordered & installed the following (got lucky with them all arriving yesterday). Still hovering in the 6lb range.

Also going to replace the trigger with an ALG Defense ACT (Trigger).

 

So my son got me a 22 pistol to plink with. (Az)
Now I found out that it has a threaded barrel nut, so it’s not legal in Ca.( where I am)
Just because it’s suppressor capable? Makes it assault weapon
Kind of new at this whole shooting thing.

 

Im sure you can buy a un threaded barrel and sell the one it came with

 

Send the barrel to your son (assuming he lives out of state) and just buy a non-threaded barrel, they’re available for pretty much every common .22 out there.
You may also find somebody who would trade their non-threaded for a threaded barrel.

 

Picked up an A2 stock to replace my MOE carbine unit. No more beard hair yanking!
