I like to use a 20mm ammo cans for trash and recycling, and would like to move them out of the bed of the truck and onto the roof (I sleep on a platform in the bed and don't want to be sleeping with trash). I'm thinking about upgrading to a Prinsu rack, has anyone mounted 20mm's to their rack? Preferably standing (just looks less sloppy imo).

I was thinking of having some kind of baseplate with rig points fabricated that would hold them. I looked at the Prinsu plates that go between the bars but I'm not crazy about them, I'd ideally like something that prevents them sliding around and I don't think those would go as far as I'd like them to (feel free to prove me wrong).

    Check out swagoffroad.com

They have some awesome ones that could easily be adapted to the prissy rack. As soon as it warms up here in AK, I'm going to copy and fab up a couple for myself.
