I like the ARB bumper a lot, but it looks a bit too long IMO... maybe the approach angle is not much different but still... I think ARB fits better with the 2nd Gen.

About 1 inch from mines. I went cheap route and got some 100series land cruiser fender bars . Chopped them up and welded to my sliders .

Yeah I noticed you didn't have the ARB step bars so was curious. Thanks. Nice to know the landy fender bars work too.

I have added the Summit bumper and love it. Little big, any time camera mod helps. 82546872_10216126243928986_3310905823659_a15f2afa98bc9728f87bb84fcd566ef5b8cffd13.jpg

Any insight on which type of you winches will fit the bumper? I just picked mine up and the guy said only Warn’s will fit bit can’t seem to find any info that corroborates that.

I put a smittybilt xrc winch in mine. No problems with fitment, just getting the solenoid to be hidden inside the bumper was a royal pain but worked fine and utilizes the flip open honeycomb looking plastic cover to access the clutch and controller plugin etc.

That’s good news, have been eyeing that same winch and don’t want to drop $1300 on a Warn that’ll barely be used.

I should also mention the only other issue was the fairlead mount. I believe a roller fairlead would be a non issue but to use a hawse fairlead like i did i had to fab up a spacer to push the fairlead out towards the front of the bumper. ARB makes one (i forget the part number) but i chose to fab one up rather than pay 100 bucks to get the proper part

I'm using a xrc smittybilt winch. I mounted my solenoid on the body frame near the radiator. Fairlead mount is on now but would need to be pushed out like scottkcoop stated.

Here's my '16. I painted & installed the bumper about 3 years ago and the fender bars last month. Typical ARB quality, everything bolted up without a hitch.
It was a bit unnerving to drill a 1" hole in each side of the bullbar but using the template and a bit of care it worked.
Next up is a small lift.

Could you provide the part numbers for the kit? I love the side guard and sliders as one. Don't like my weld on sliders. Currently waiting for the ARB rear bumper.
