It is. That's cool that you remembered. Now I just moved the goal to 5 unbroken Chin ups.

Haha. That's somewhat true. I havent tried kipping. But for some reason I want to pull my knees up and then kick my feet to get more lift? Idk. Just happy I got my chin over the bar, TWICE. Now I gotta keep it up. I've been doing volume (25 chin ups or 5 sets of 5) 1 or 2x per week depending on the week. I think its helping me because even if I have to jump I do a strict slow, as I can, negative.

@weldertaco you going to pick-a-part to get an axle or what? You could always make yourself a junkyard style gym. I mean you are a welder right?

So the first meeting was everyone open a new unique bottle and talk about it. For the one where we split a bottle, we are all reasonably local so one guy bought it, and poured it into 2oz sample bottles; sanitized them and then rode his bike around delivering them.

I’m making an actual axle like used in strongman and in my training. It’s just a 7 ft piece of sch.80 pipe. Just have to weld some stops on it for the plates and then get clamps. I called the metal supply place today for pricing on material and waiting on a quote now.

You know... thats a really nice business idea. Like an Alcoholic Shypt. Everyone goes in, buys a bottle then someone goes around to houses pouring a sample.

@uhplifted and I need to lobby to make alcohol shipping legal so we can ship beers all over the US.

I’m really, really missing the gym. I am not a bath guy, I’m a hot tub guy. Had to take a hot bath this evening because yesterday my PT was like You cleared for skwats?! Lets do 400 single leg skwats!!!

Same. My life before this was also "social distancing" so nothing is different lol just less traffic.

I do get to work from home a few days a week so I get more time with the pups :)

This whole thing has changed all the rules. All the local beer and wine shops around here will deliver now. Pretty sure that wasn’t a thing before The Rona

Yeah I keep getting updates from the state regarding the new rules since I have a liquor license. They pretty much are changing all the rules and not regulating much. I hope some of these changes stay.

Yea, they didn't provide any feedback. I personally think they just didn't like me. I have 12 years experience in a field that hasn't really been around much longer than that, with success.

That's ok, 9 more companies looking at me as well. One of them will scoop me up.
