Anyone interested in this truck? I’ve got 13,600 on the odometer. I’ve got TONS of stuff on this truck and have poured my energy into building it up which has been tons of fun.

    - New OEM UCAs and OEM Bilstein shocks front/rear installed 4/19/20
    -5.29 gears from premierwestgears
    -ovtune
    - archive garage hammer hangers
    -superbumps in front
    -(5) trd wheels with 265/75r16 AT2s Load Range C installed 4/16/20
    -Meso stage 1 tails
    - completely custom audio system by “Mr. Marv” using audiofrog speakers and a JL Audio 10tw3 sub one custom enclosure behind backseat
    -heavy duty floor mats
    -Toyota oem bedmat
    -total chaos bed stiffeners
    -spiker engineering hood struts
    -ceramic window tint
    - a/c drain mod
    -diff breather mod
    -trd pro grill

    ASKING 35k.

I’ve done all of the work to the truck except for the regear. Truck has never seen off-roading. It’s in perfect working condition. Interior is in wonderful condition as well. Just considering selling for full size for more room for family. Serious inquiries only. Thanks.

Also, as of 4/16/20, the truck is not on the recall list for the fuel pump issues that have recently come up, or any other issues for that matter.

Here are some interior shots. This is prior to me even cleaning the truck. All I did was take my stuff out. The truck is in pristine condition. I’ve never eaten inside of the truck. I’ve had passengers (family) in the truck less than 5 times total.

I’ll clean heavy duty floor mats and put them back in the truck. Also, once I get the exterior washed I’ll get more photos up. Thanks.

    Bump.

Again, this truck has been built with all of best parts. I haven’t cut the bumpers and fenders yet so for those of you looking to install aftermarket bumpers and 35s, it’s ready for that. I’ve got the hammer hangers and cross brace from archive, custom alcan springs ready for 800lbs over stock capacity, kings all around with total chaos UCAs, ready for high(er) speed desert travel. 5.29 nitro gears make this rig ready for bigger tires, c’mon..you know you want the DCLB on 35s. I’ve got the Meso tail light upgrade for better visibility (for those around you). This truck is low mileage and I have driven it very conservatively. I’ve done all maintenance and all work (other than re-gear). Every bolt torqued back to manufacturer spec and marked with paint pen for personal reassurance(think safety). You won’t find a used truck that’s been babied like this, especially with low mileage. Hit me up..Let’s discuss numbers!

    Edit: it’s not worth 40K. But it’s a nice truck !!

    Nothing against you brotha !

just let’s be realistic... when you mod any vehicle it hurts the resale. It’d probably sell more at a stock level than what you’re asking.

You modified your truck. There goes most of the warranties. You modified your truck. It’s appeal now only has a select group who are looking for a modded truck..

It’s an uphill battle brotha. I’d pay .. maybe.. 34K for it. But that’s just me.

    GLWS

I appreciate the feedback. The fact that it had been modded, and with warranties voided, is exactly why it’s listed on Tacomaworld. This is one of the places where these trucks are so appealing. Again, thanks for the feedback. Stay well.

edit* this statement is misleading. Warranties aren’t “voided”, but it may end up being more of a challenge to get work done under warranty when the issue could be a result of a modification

Which specific aftermarket parts void the warranty?

It’s not certain that you won’t be able to get work done under warranty. But as many know, when you take a truck to the dealer to have work done under warranty (free of cost to you), the dealer will sometimes (perhaps more times than not) try to deny the work and blame it on modifications. I have personally had work done at the dealer and they didn’t give me any problems. It depends on the issue and whether or not it was directly caused or could be caused by a specific modification.

The truck isn’t just magically not warrantied anymore. As much as some of these folks might lead you to believe it, it’s just not true.

In your opinion would the dealer deny service for the king suspension and total chaos UCAs?

What type of service? If you broke a cv axle or bent a spindle, or something that was related to the suspension system, they’d probably see your aftermarket off-roading suspension and make you fork up the cash for the repair.

The guys at the dealer generally admire the Kings, as does everyone else. But if I were to break something suspension related, I would fix it myself. I don’t exactly trust the dealer to do the job. I’ve done everything to the truck minus the regear.
