I'm liking the bumper and almost about to purchase until i saw it came bare steel, but wish we had the option of powder coating it...

Sorry, no powder coating options at this time. Powder coat shops are pretty common in most places and typically they will do one of those bumpers for around $200.00.

I finally got around to installing mine yesterday and didn't have any issues with fit. It was a pretty tight fit getting it onto the existing 6 bolts of the aluminum crush bar, but with another set of hands it slid on. It was the 3rd Gen overland series full size with center and headlight hoops on my 2018 TRD OR.

Yes the Overland Front will work fine with other brands of skid plates.

Great, glad the install went well!

    Just getting started
I get that the fender flare needs trimming but what about the inner fender? Seems like there must be some trimming on it too, correct?

Yes the inner fender plastic will need to be trimmed and attached up to the front inside area of the fender.

Just finished my install. Any thoughts on the best way to trim the inner fender plastic and attach it to the inner fender? Should be the final step but don’t see any ideas on how to best do this.

I just used a pair of snips to cut it as close to flush as possible. I've been meaning to identify a way to attach it, but haven't gotten around to it. I've driven a handful of hours at highway speeds and haven't noticed any sounds from it flapping in the wind.

Thanks PNW. That’s what I was thinking of doing but wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something obvious before cutting pieces of the truck up. Install looks good besides those inner fender liners hanging down. Prob snip them back and find a way to discretely attach them. I just cut the inner fenders as closely to the existing attach points as possible.

Did you need to adjust the suspension or lift the truck with the added weight? Current front suspension is the stock coil spring double wishbone.

Hi Riz_Atx. Thanks for your reply.
I could not find it on their site and I believe they stopped making them? How did you acquire it from them? Anyone know if its still possible to procure from somewhere?

I did not realize they took it off the site. Have you tried calling them and speaking to Caleb? He may be able to point you in the right direction.

Apparently they are redesigning it. Not sure when it will be available.

Hey thanks for the update. I hadn't gotten around to calling. I'll wait and see what its like. I really liked the one they had. I wonder if there was some problem with it?

I'm trying to install the extreme LED X6S 30" light bar and the brackets that came with the light don't work with the bumper and I didn't receive any "L" brackets. Any suggestions?
