anyone that already has had their gauge cluster apart. We need to check clearances between the facia and electronics.

    • Full board dimensions are less than 2" by 1", only 1.975 x .930 inches (50.17 x 23.62 mm),
board thickness is approximately 0.5" (12 mm)
    • Digit readout area is 0.56 x 1.40 inches (14.22 x 35.56 mm)
    • Two mounting holes for #4 (or 3mm) screws.
    • Cable length is 5 feet to reach your under dash Zt-2 or Zt-3 and can be extended if necessary

@12TRDTacoma could you share a pic when you get a chance? I want to be sure I'm cutting into the correct line. Does it matter if I already have a BOV spliced in? I'm running a URD mk3 setup, not the TRD...if that makes a difference.

Are you putting in a boost gauge? Could use one of these.

    SILICONE COUPLER, 3.0" W/ 1/8" NPT BUNG

you have two 3" couplers in the system on the charged air side. Doesn't matter that the BOV is already plumbed in. I would replace the coupler in front of the throttle body with this. Could get 2 of these and use the other for the intake temps. The one before the MAF is a great location. They come on colors too if thats your thing.

Don't want to be flashy or show logos. Turn the "M" upside down. Use the black. Want to add flair, the red look nice. If I had a sexy Blue Taco like @o0opackersfano0o - blue would be my thing.

I believe this is what he was referencing.

Nick,. If you are in there removing clamps. Might want to consider replacing the worm drive hose clamps with T-Clamps. I already had a failure on one. I might have over torqued it. Not sure. These are much better for FI setups.

On the boost side. you have

    7 x 3.33" clamps. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H9HXTKN (6 pack) plus a (4 pack) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H9HJXNY
    3 x 2.80" clamps. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H9J3QY1 (4 pack)

    intake side.

    2 x 3.33"

all depends on how much adjustment was needed. I’ve had to reset the VSC a few times. I just drove with the light on for awhile. You can make yourself a switch to make it easier for future adjustments.

Let me look. Actually was a blank one from eBay or Amazon. Just weld a switch onto it. I cut the switch off some light harness I had which also had the wires already. Shoulder to blank odb2 and you golden. Makes it way easier than shifting wires in and out.

db lift, 3 hours of guessing a spacer height, + alignment. still didnt get what i wanted. oh well, trial and error gets expensive.

Damn.. I had my Mustang alignment done for $115 which included them doing it to my own specification on a full custom suspension (camber/caster plates & custom rear upper control arm bracketry which alters factory geometry) down to 0.1degree precision. Zero runout/thrust.

Good research. Integrated mods/gauges like this is pretty common in the motorcycle community for those who, for example, want an OEM-like gear indicator.
