AEM 30-4110. Im not sure how to change the fuel on it. It was a new gauge I bought online. The other two I bought previously I didn't have to change anything, just plugged em in and they read correctly.

What's weird was when I first started the truck, it would idle right at 14.7 and behave normally as you would expect when hitting the gas/decelerating/etc, but then after driving it for a couple minutes it just went straight to 17:1 and stopped moving..

Try a free air calibration. If it works, great. If it doesn't then you got a rare faulty unit.

How do you do this?? I've never heard of such a thing..

Truck is driving normally, pulls hard to redline, and no signs of knock or any strange noises. Just the gauge being funky. Thanks for the offer man! I actually already took one of the same afr gauges I had in my other truck to try to isolate the problem. That fixed it so all things are pointing to the gauge in my eyes..

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
correct, this is an external filter, just splice it into the rubber line outside of the tank. Make sure you splice the correct line though, no sense in filtering the return line.

There is a mode built into the gauge but in order to free air calibrate you have to remove the sensor and let it hang in the air while doing it.

It should be in the provided instructions AEM sent you. I got really good at it when I was using my trash Innovate MTX AFR gauge.

I have Snap-On but I also used to be a mechanic and had an account with them. It’s nice/ terrible when the truck shows up every week at the same time.

Link to the specific kit? Orr the specific accessories I need for our 4.0L engines? I was debating on gutting a spark plug. Then adding my own fittings and gauges.

I got it probably 12yrs ago lol. Compression and leakdown tester kits with hoses for the most common spark plugs. No clue what a link to it is
