Hello, I am looking for advice in what order I should mod my 2014 DCLB SR5. I was planning on doing a tune to start and moving to a CAI (Cold air intake), Then doing my exhaust. I was wondering if that's a good order to mod in? Also what tuners do you recommend? I was looking at the OVTune but seems pretty complicated. Another option I was looking at was the Bullydog BDX or GT gas. I am open to other options.
    Thanks SR

Most people here seem to mod their trucks in a non-performance way. i.e. adding lifts, wheels/tires, armor, lighting, etc.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
Do not use bully dog, OVTune doesn’t really do much of anything with the 1GR anymore. HPTuners is what you want. Won’t get crazy performance from stock NA, but drive ability will increase tremendously for auto. @JustDSM and @nd4spdbh can get you setup remotely or mail your ECU to them for inexpensive and huge payoff. Plenty of discussion with CAI but again, you probably would be better off using that money for a tuner instead.

Seems like a solid start! I have been very happy with my bolt ons and calibrator but would recommend hptuner per other users suggestions as it has more options and tuneability than the urd maf calibrator.

I would highly recommend the 3* camshaft gears sold by a member here as well. It increases volumetric efficiency and scavenging and allows for a more refined power band. It will pair well with your current list.
