Hey all. I have been reading forums on here for over a week now and I just can’t figure out what I wanna do. I have 256/75r16 falken AT3 with pro comp wheels with 0 offset. I’m rubbing on passenger side on my rekgen flaps and was already thinking a mild lift anyway. I off-road a little as I live in Wyoming and hunt. But it’s primary a road truck. Would also like to keep some rake and as much ride quality as I can. Seems like 5100s may be the way with a 3 leaf? Any other suggestions? Not really sure about coils either. Help. Please.

You will get a million different opinions on this. Bilstiens, OME, Kings, Icon, are a few of the many you can go with. I have been looking to do the same lift height down the road and after doing some research I most likely will go with Dobinsons. It's a full suspension upgrade with everything you need to get it done.

Check out the first post on this thread to see the bunch of options that Dobinsons has. > https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/dobinsons-16-taco-suspension.474308/

You can purchase from these guys for $1300 to get you the lift that you need. It's pretty reasonably priced in my opinion. > https://exitoffroad.com/product/dob...n-kit-for-2005-to-2020-tacoma-4x4-double-cabs

I've considered high end racing stuff like Fox but I don't need it, Icon doesn't suit my needs as I'm not desert racing at high speeds over huge bumps. I settled on an Old Man Emu lift kit which will bring my access cab up 2-3" and provide some much needed off and on road stability and comfort. I considered OME BP-51s so I could have reservoirs as our trails are fairly washboardy but I'm going to see how a basic set up fairs first. If need be, I save for a new lift and I sell the old set up. I've heard good things, I don't think I'll be unhappy.
