    Getting there...
Trying here since TW gets more traffic than the Indian site and TW has always been helpful. Bike is a 2015 Indian Scout.

Long story short, was trailering my bike for the first time and it fell over onto the left side. Clutch lever is bent a bit, but what's more worrisome is the shifter. Shift pedal is stuck in what feels like a depressed position (1st/downshift), but the bike rolls freely. Noticed the shift linkage is bent slightly. The shift lever is stuck in where downshift is, but the bike roles freely without using the clutch when I picked it back up. Haven't dug into it too much yet since we're still on the road, but anyone got any suggestions for when we stop? I'm worried one of the shift forks or something else got damaged internally. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I know nothing about your bike.
Judging by what you say I would look at where the shifter goes into the transmission. I googled your bike, pic below. Look at the silver part below the big silver counter-pully. It's possible that your bolt was loose and it slipped on the splined shaft. Obviously our bike may be different if you have forward controls, hell/toe shifter, etc. but you will have this part
As to the fork, I'd be very surprised if it is damaged. My wife rear ended someone at about 30mph, brok the aluminum upper triple tree, and bent the steel lower. the fork tubes were fine.

    I'd post this on https://www.indianmotorcycles.net/
It is a very active Indian site that should get the answer you need.
I've got 2 scouts myself and have gotten plenty of info off that site.
