1.75" Bilsteins, Duratracs installed (Pics)

Had my Bilstein 5100s set to 1.75", 1/4 Toytec spacer on drivers side, Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, and 265/70/17 Duratracs installed last night.

The pictures don't really do it justice; in person it looks a little higher. I may take a little air out of the Ride-Rites, but I have not fully decided yet. For the Duratracs, I'm up in the air. The road noise is fine, but above 60mph theres a wobble in the steering wheel. After the hour drive home it seemed to be a bit better, but we'll see.

 

Looks great. My billys at 1.75 looks way better in person too.
There has been some issues with balancing these duratracs. I had to put mine on the balancer twice to get it right with about 2-2.5oz per wheel. I think one took closer to 3.5oz. Got lucky I guess. Some guys have had 10oz+ to get them correct.
How do the bags ride compaired to stock?

 

I absolutely love the ride. The roads are extremely bumpy, and full of potholes here. And i didnt like how the stock suspension was handling it. The garage put 17psi driver side, 15psi passenger to get the alignment done, and it also took care of the taco lean. But with those psi, it is a little stiffer ride, but it handles the bad roads amazingly. I think the psi range is 5-100, so if someone wanted a softer ride, they could lower the psi. I read that 5psi and stock were identical in ride. But since i like the ride, and like the looks of the rake, Ill prob leave them alone.

 

Looks good. How in the world did you get those tires to fit with your front mudflaps on?

Looks great...thinking of doing something with mine...can't make up my mind tho....seems to be lots of options available...thats my problem..to much choice...your truck looks a little high in the rear, thats OK tho

Thats the nice thing about the air bags, very height adjustable.. I could bring the rear down very easily if i want to. Plus it fixed that god awful taco lean. I'm glad i decided to go this direction.
