Finished up the headlights this morning.

 

Headed for the hills with @Don5352 and @Pella

We were disappointed in the sign we found... but managed to make the best of the day in the hills

 

Just made a test fit... Haven't done any wiring yet. But this should fix the coms problems (with @Pella and @Don5352) I was having this weekend. Big upgrade from the Baofeng handheld.

Broke down and pulled the trigger.

 

Just stopped by Yota1 Performance today, to pick up the parts to do the Timing Belt / Water Pump on a buddy's 5vz-fe 4Runner. I've got to say their shop is legit! Friendly people, responsive to emails, kindly getting a quote together for us.

I know one thing, this is my go to, first stop, spot for parts from now on. Check them out, they do online orders as well.

Started some projects over the weekend. Decided to re-arrange the swing out a bit, to make it more user friendly.

 

Got a couple patches today


The collection is growing

 

@Pella and I made some progress on the bumper/swing out remodel project.




And... I spy another 4Runner in my driveway...

Another Timing Belt/Water Pump job on tap for tomorrow.

Can't forget to update the build thread lol... So here goes.

Water Pump / Timing belt on my Buddy's T4R went very smoothly over the weekend. Took about 8 hours. But that was stopping to go get lunch. General Bullshitting and overall not trying to move exceptionally fast lol.

 

The new transfer case skid plate went on as well.



Only took some minor mods to make work with the mounting hardware I use for my 4xInnovations skid plates.

 

Made a bit more progress on the swing out the last couple evenings. I'm kind of at a stand still till all the parts arrive. (Last part is out for delivery for today)

 

Ordered a few things too... getting ready to make a few changes.

 

More progress was made on the swing out. Fabricated mounts for my two 5 pound propane tanks.

 

Today was a good day. Wrenching on trucks, with friends, is always a good day.




Had some unexpected events... but worked it out. Made the day last a bit longer than expected.
